Exposing Family Abuse was started after a large number of people began speaking out about child sexual abuse, physical abuse, emotional abuse, narcissistic abuse, and financial abuse of their parents and/or ex-spouses.

As a form of retaliation and an effort to SILENCE their sons, daughters, ex-wives and siblings from disclosure, a small group of these OUTED family members - a group which includes both alleged and convicted pedophiles, those arrested on domestic violence charges such as assault, alleged: physical abusers, animal torturers, along with family members who have made threats, coercion and intimidation, and much more - created a slander and defamation smear campaign against spiritual teacher, nutrition expert and homeschooling mother Liana Shanti.

Liana was successful in 100% of her petitions to have asylum granted, even taking several cases to the court of appeals (in what was the INS prior to the creation of Homeland Security after 9/11).
Liana also worked on cases to gain political asylum for women who were victims of gender based violence, including female genital mutilation, which was not considered a human rights violation until that time.

A number of Liana’s students are currently in custody dispute issues with abusive ex-spouses. Fathers who sexually and physically abused their children, engaged in narcissistic and in some cases, sociopathic manipulation and control, as well as involvement in other crimes.
Many protective mothers have disclosed that their partners and ex-spouses have sexually abused their children.
In the Family Court System, there is currently a bias towards abusers, and on this website we have amassed a large amount of data and information to substantiate that.
Family Court Reform is a huge issue right now, in many countries around the world. Mothers are routinely punished by the courts for disclosing sexual abuse done to their children at the hands of their fathers.

Liana Shanti first began this website dedicated to Isla Horvath, a little 7 year old girl who disclosed to her mother Haley Winter and her aunt Elise Winter, that she was being abused by her father Byron Horvath (see videos below where you can hear Isla directly describe the abuse).
Haley is rarely ever able to see her daughter, and is the subject of an abusive gag order when Byron Horvath and his wife, Stefanie Vogt, petitioned the court to silence Haley from making disclosures about the abuse her daughter shared with her at the hands of Byron. Abuse that was disclosed to Elise Winter (Haley’s sister) as you will hear in the videos below. Haley is now only allowed to see her beautiful daughter on supervised visits despite the FACT that it is Byron who has been REPEATEDLY reported to CPS by Haley, Elise and others.
This little girl’s plea for help is being ignored by the courts in Saskatchewan. Not only that, but she is repeatedly being sent to her grandfather, Brian Winter, whom Haley Winter shares (see below) her personal experiences of abuse at the hands of Brian Winter.

Haley Winter begins disclosing her own childhood with her father Brian Winter. Prior to her disclosure, her parents and sister reported Byron Horvath to CPS for child abuse. After Haley’s disclosure, they turned on her.
After witnessing the abusive attacks on Haley to try and stop her from disclosing that her father Brian Winter sexually molested her as a child, Liana decided to CREATE THIS WEBSITE to expose Post Separation abuse, Family Abuse, Narcissistic Abuse, Psychological, Emotional, Financial and Sexual Abuse.

MANY of Liana’s students have become empowered and began speaking up about abusive families, domestic violence, family court abuses, childhood sexual abuse and much more. Many of these adult children have chosen to go NO CONTACT with their abusers. And as result, these family members who are being accused of abuse by their adult children have created anonymous accounts on reddit and Instagram to defame and harm Liana and her reputation.
The “SMEAR CAMPAIGN” is a very common diversion tactic used by abusers. They create an elaborate scheme of lies to deflect attention away from their physical abuse, child sexual abuse and emotional narcissistic abuse.

AT THE SAME TIME AS THE SMEAR CAMPAIGN AGAINST HALEY BEGAN, BRIAN WINTER AND PAULA HAYGARTH ALONG WITH NICOLE WHEATLEY STARTED AN “ANONYMOUS” REDDIT HATE ACCOUNT AGAINST LIANA SHANTI. TRYING TO CREATE A NARRATIVE THAT LIANA IS A CULT, IN AN ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE LIANA’S OUTSTANDING TEN YEAR REPUTATION, BECAUSE LIANA IS A VERY VOCAL SUPPORTER OF VICTIM’S RIGHTS, INCLUDING HALEY’S.

The above explains why Liana was targeted by people who do not even know her. Thankfully Liana’s extensive work and the life proof results that come to her students in ALL areas of their lives speaks for itself. But the accused have also gone after other victims, people who are also supportive of victims of abuse.
This website is a rapidly growing body of FACTS. PROOF. AND CONCRETE evidence. It is a testimony to the bravery of the men and women who have been willing to SPEAK OUT, and Liana’s selflessness in dedicating countless time, money and energy to be a voice for those who have never had their own voice.
Important to note: At this point, all of the slander and defamation on Reddit is from FAMILY MEMBERS ACCUSED OF ABUSE by students of Liana - family members who are being accused of sexual abuse, physical abuse, alcohol and drug abuse, emotional abuse and financial abuse. The false “cult” narrative about Liana is, and has been a transparent red herring to distract attention off of the abusers. Grabbed and put into a forced hold by her father Byron Horvath where she went into a panic attack and he would not stop. She said his wife Stefanie told him to stop three times and he still did not stop.

She has been HIT by Byron. Elise is asking where he hit her and Isla responds “WHERE HE ALWAYS DOES.” There are photographs of bruises on Isla’s body that are in the hands of authorities. There are also photographs of red agitated genitals on Isla that were given to authorities by Isla’s mother.
Isla who is being kept away from her loving protective mom, recently speaking to her on Facetime telling her how much she misses and loves her. Writing it in secret so Byron Horvath doesn’t hear.
Haley disclosing evidence of her own sexual abuse as a child and that of her sister, Elise Winter, at the hands of her father Brian Winter. This is the real truth behind why Brian Winter started a “cult” narrative against Liana as well as aggressively attacked another family, Drew and Amanda (Malie) Brady, by single handedly calling Drew Brady’s financial clients on the phone telling them that Drew is a cult leader. (Cult is the sensationalism they are using because it sounds inflammatory and they have no evidence of any wrongdoing of Drew whatsoever, so just like with Liana, they use the same story. Isla talking to her aunt Elise Winter and her Mother Haley Winter. Elise suggested this be recorded so that it could be used as evidence to report Byron Horvath to CPS. Which she did do. Elise Winter made a report to CPS after talking with her niece Isla and hearing Isla describe abuse.
Elise believed these reports of abuse were truthful which is why she herself called CPS. Tragically, she is now one of the “flying monkeys” to protect her father and Byron from the truth becoming known. But the truth as you will hear directly in these recordings.
VIDEO ONE: Isla telling Haley how Byron Horvath (the “father”) was holding her down until she had a panic attack.
VIDEO TWO: Isla describes to her aunt, Haley’s sister Elise Winter, that Byron made her stay in the bedroom alone for hours, and also hits her. I have seen photos of bruises on Isla’s back which corroborate her testimony. There are large visible bruises on her back.
